Purpose of this site

ok so i have always been really into lifting and staying healthy, i want to not only share that with the net as well as fitness routines etc., but provide a blog where others who share my interest can talk and comment, ask questions. etc. and get help with nutrition and lifting routines, in the pursuit of the PUMP.. So anyways thanks for visiting my site, leave comments, ask questions, and enjoy..
